HOTEL booking terms and conditions

Payment for hotel

1. Credit card details are required as a guarantee of hotel reservation.
2. Following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express.
3. When you book a hotel on-line your card card will not be charged. You will be asked for your credit card upon check-in at the hotel and the card will be charged for your stay upon departure.
4. The summary shows the total value of the order.
5. Reservations without credit card details will not be accepted.
6. The reservations will be processed upon receiving completed on-line requests and confirmed within 3 working days.
7. In case the required hotel is not available, Mazurkas Travel reserves the right to offer another option.

Hotel Cancellation

1. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 30th June 2010 (except for Radisson SAS hotel - deadline is 19th March 2010).
2. If cancelled after 30th June 2010 (19th March 2010 for Radisson SAS hotel) a penalty will be charged.
3. In case a guest does not arrive (no-show) hotel will charge your credit card.
